If there is a food truck you would like to see on campus that is not currently listed, please note the following requirements for consideration:

Complete and submit an exemption request form to the food policy. The form can be found here:

The food truck must meet the University's insurance requirements and provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) that includes:

The following insurance is required with the listed minimum limits of liability:

Auto Liability: $1,000,000 CSL (including owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles)
- Not required if vendor is not driving on campus.
- General Liability: $1,000,000 CSL per occurrence/aggregate

Workers' Compensation: Statutory
- Not required if vendor is a sole proprietor with no employees.

Employer's Liability: $250,000/$500,000/$250,000
- Not required if vendor is a sole proprietor with no employees.

The following should be included indicating the University as an additional insured:

Coastal Carolina University, including its current and former trustees, officers,
directors, employees, volunteer workers, agents, assigns, and students, is added
to this policy as an additional insured.
Requests must include a current COI prior to being considered for approval.
